Quiet atmosphere despite central location.

Our stay was a hassle from the start. We were placed in a separate annex with minimal information about accessing it, forcing us to drag our luggage over a distance. Furthermore, the room was not as advertised. the so-called luxurious upgrade was disappointing, and the hairdryer was poorly designed and ineffective.

I had the most good experience in a recently renovated room that had a fine view overlooking the canal. Falling asleep to the gentle sounds of the water was like living in a postcard! The breakfast was an absolute highlight, served on a terrace with a beautiful view, featuring a good spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and warm dishes.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room with a big bathroom, including amenities like a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, all located right in the heart of the picturesque district, just a few minutes walk from main attractions and with excellent transportation options nearby.

The hotel is in a stunning location, right in the heart of Petite France. We especially loved the delicious breakfast. it exceeded our expectations! The spacious room was well-equipped with modern amenities, making our family's stay very comfortable.

My kids wished for a small play area for them to enjoy during our downtime.

The location is ideal for enjoying the charm of the old city, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants like L'Oignon. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere during the stay. However, the cleaning standards were not quite up to par. the shower drain needed maintenance, and there were visible dirty marks in the room. Additionally, the soap dispensers in the shower did not function well, making it difficult to access basic toiletries.
